COVID-19 Update for the Boudoir Studio

It's about time for a little Covid-19 update and what you can expect at your boudoir session. First of all, friends! We are opennnn! The Meagan O Studio started shooting clients again this month. I cannot TELL y'all how relieved my itchy fingers are!!! I haven't gone that long without picking up a camera since I opened the studio! I've never been so thankful to get to do what I do for a living because it is just SO FUN!!! That said, we are absolutely engaging in additional protocols to help keep our clients and staff safe.

Here's how:

-We have purchased additional hand sanitizer that we have placed around the studio for easy access. (It also has extra aloe, so it won't dry out your hands!) 

-We require that everyone wash their hands upon entering the studio. 

-We have a temporal thermometer that we use to scan everyone's temperature upon arrival at the studio. If anyone is running a fever, we will terminate the session and reschedule for a later date. 

-We are disinfecting every frequently touched surface before and after a shoot. 

-We are spacing the shoots 3 days apart to allow any possible additional germs to die off of all surfaces.

-Hair and makeup staff wears gloves and a mask at all times. 

If these measures aren't enough to ease your mind, you are welcome to book later in the year or towards the beginning of 2021. Our goal is to continue to provide a stellar service and do all we can to insure our clients remain safe and healthy.

I swear, I still find myself having moments where I shake my head and think, "how can all this be our reality?" The beauty is, it truly has enhanced our boudoir sessions. It's like everyone comes in dying to gab with someone who isn't their spouse/children (us included!) And seeing as most of us haven't donned a stitch of makeup in 8+ weeks, getting all dolled up and feeling glamourous has been even more fun than usual!!!
